Horrible service. Received our bin in May and was suppose to be set up on a 4 week schedule but they never came. I called and spoke with Rosemary who was VERY RUDE. To my surprise we were never put on a pick up schedule so I asked her to call me back when we got back on one. SHE NEVER DID. It is now September. Apparently a truck came last Friday but we didn't receive any notice that we were finally on a schedule. And no one came to the door or called to let us know the truck was here. The truck came back and the pick up and driver was seemless. I asked the driver for a certificate of destruction and was told it will come with the invoice. I received the invoice...no certificate. So I called them and spoke with Rosemary and was told they do not provide certificates!!! I reminded her their website, the driver and the scheduler Karen told me that a certificate will be sent. Rosemary then gave in and said she'll send me one but couldn't give me a date as to when. Needless to say for such an important service provider with horrible service we are not using them and I encourage everyone to think twice about this company. They can't even follow the basic services they say they will provide.

Great price for service. Very refreshing to actually speak to a person regarding billing instead of being routed to an out of country call center. We believe in supporting local businesses.

Have been using this service for years. Very fair price.

Don't 'waste' your time or business with this company. No integrity as far as the way they handled customers' account. We're a commercial printer who gave our waste paper to them and NEVER GOT PAID. All they said was the recycling part of their bus. was sold to someone else, and that's the end of it.

Great price, quick service, saves us so much time shredding.
