I've had the great pleasure of working with Lam Nguyen, owner of this business. I was referred to him by my contractor for the plans for an addition to my home. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. I explained to him my vision and he was able to plan it out for me. He was there for my family when we had any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend him.

As a general contractor, I can confidently say Lam is a reliable and professional architect. He listens carefully, understands project requirements, and consistently delivers on time. I’ve worked with him for over a year across multiple projects, and it’s rare to find an architect this dependable. I highly recommend Lam to any contractor or homeowner looking to upgrade their home.

Working with Cumulus Design was a great experience. I needed an extension to my home and Lam responded promptly and we scheduled an appointment soon after for an initial consult. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to ensure I loved the plans. Lam was responsive with any questions needed throughout the entire process. During the work, the contractor had questions regarding the plans constructed so I contacted Lam. He took his time to explain the plans and even came to my home to work with the contractor. I had a great experience and would recommend.

We're currently working with Cumulus on design and permits processes for home rebuild in the Palisades area. The experience so far has been pleasant, insightful and, overall, enjoyable. Lam and his team are walking through all of the processes with us and has been sensitive to our situation. Thanks for the continued work and looking forward to completing this project with them.

I had the pleasure of working with Cumulus Design Build on a recent project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the very beginning, Lam took the time to listen to my ideas and needs, translating them into a beautiful and functional design. Lam has a keen eye for detail and a remarkable ability to balance creativity with practicality. Throughout the process, Lam remained responsive, professional, and flexible, ensuring that everything stayed on track.
