After receiving eight quotes for my move from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, I was shocked by how expensive most of them were. Several companies even called back later offering "discounts" or trying to fill canceled loads. Tom's Marathon Movers was different from the start. John provided a fair, competitive flat-rate quote with only a small deposit, which immediately stood out. The movers arrived within the promised time window, and Carmona led the crew in Los Angeles. They were highly efficient, careful with my belongings, and worked hard from start to finish. It was clear they knew what they were doing and respected my time and property. The next morning, Carmona arrived in Las Vegas with a crew of four movers, and they were just as impressive. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I appreciated the thoughtful details, like putting down protective blankets so dirty shoes wouldn't touch my carpet. They unloaded everything in under two hours, allowing me to get started unpacking right away. I've moved six times in Los Angeles over the past six years, and this was by far the best moving experience I've had. Tom's Moving exceeded my expectations at every step. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Needed help moving a 400 lb oven from the garage to the kitchen. Called numerous movers that refused to help. Finally Called Tom’s marathon movers and they sent help same day. The movers were very careful, efficient and respectable. Great experience overall, would highly recommend working with this company.

These guys were truly a great experience. I kept trying to be prepared for the move. John said dont stress if your not ready now you never will be . This is what we do. Sure enough they came in . Grabbed the stuff I had boxed and ready. Then they packed the other stuff I didn't have ready. No stress. Make sure you tip the guys they dont expect it they deserve it especially because moving price is very fair.

I had such a great experience with Tom’s Marathon Movers from start to finish. John and Todd made the booking process incredibly easy—super responsive, flexible with availability, and the quote was very reasonable with no hassle during checkout. The real stars, though, were the movers: Leo, Kevin, Dan, and Bernie. They tackled what felt like an impossible job—moving a 500-pound jacuzzi through rough terrain, up inclines, and around trees—and made it happen seamlessly. Their problem-solving skills and “can-do” attitudes were seriously impressive. On top of that, they were all so friendly, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. You could tell they took pride in what they do and worked really well as a team. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, hardworking, and positive no matter how tough the job is, I can’t recommend them enough!

They moved a 2,125 lb safe and a 1,330 lb jacuzzi for us from Reno, NV to Santa Clarita, CA, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. After weeks of dealing with companies that either would not do the job, could not handle the job, or simply would not call back, this team actually delivered. Their communication was stellar the entire time. They answered the phone promptly, responded quickly, coordinated everything on both ends, and were clearly prepared for the move. This was not an easy job, and they handled it with incredible professionalism, caution, and care. They took every step seriously, used extreme caution with both items, and made sure we were completely happy with the final placement. What impressed us most was that TOM's DID WHAT NO ONE ELSE WAS WILLING OR ABLE TO DO. They were organized, capable, responsive, and followed through exactly as promised. If you need movers for any move, difficult, heavy, or specialty job, we would absolutely recommend them. We could not have asked for a better experience. From owner to office to movers, the whole team is EXCEPTIONAL!
