i don’t usually leave reviews unless the service provided goes above and beyond expectations.im not a review type of guy but this young man from Truconnect at panorama city Mr. Saul is a God send. and deserves recognition he helped me and my family get a phone when no one else could. very knowledgeable and he did it with a smile even though it was about 100 degrees outside. thanks mr saul.

THE ASIAN GIRL WITH THE GLASSES AND THE LATINO GUY AT THE TRUCONNECT TENT AT THE BUS STOP NEAR WALMART WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY THE LATINO GUY WEARING THE COMPANY SHIRT, I ASKED THE GUY FOR HELP AND REFUSED TO HELP ME WITH CANCELING MY PHONE SERVICE FOR MY LOST PHONE. TERRIBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!

Their free phones never work or work for a while and then you get message that the phone is corrupted. I even purchased an iPhone, paid money, the phone could not be activated for more than a week, charger did not work, battery did not hold the charge for more than 6 hours. So, what is the point of this nonsense service? Of course I cancelled it, customer service was rude as an evil. They never send any confirmation emails for some reason, which is very strange since that means no written proof of anything. I asked for a refund, they said they would give it if I could place it within 24hrs of receiving the paid phone, however, after receiving the junk they made me wait activation of that thing for more than a week. So, I would call it a scam of some sort, or not very honest way of doing business, or just do not ever get into a relationship with this company. Just find another similar service provider and stay away from truconnect.

Jose, the store manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all my technical questions which i had lots of them. He is , really, an asset for your company.
