One of their security personnel rear-ended us in stop and go traffic. He did not give us his phone number but a supervisor’s phone. They did not report the accident to their auto insurance carrier. No one called to see if two 70 year old fixed income passsengers were ok ( which we are not). After a week, our instance contacted their insurance. They did not dispute blame but now their insurance is lowballing repairs and compensation offers. This company‘s actions would not make me feel supported or secure. My experience questions, their business practices.

Great company to do business with. Very professional, respectful, understanding and helpful. Really makes sure their employees have what they need to get the job done. Went above and beyond to make secure mask, wipes, sanitizer for employees during the pandemic. Always stresses the importance of what is needed and by when for their customers to insure seamless transitions.

I see a security guard during the afternoon omw home and she is very helpful whether its bus or a train and or to find a restroom in the area ,she is always walking around but omw to work Tuesday morning i witnessed a woman getting robbed at 6 somthing this morning and was no one in sight but i help the woman and called police but they didnt show , can we get a security for the morning?? Ive made complaints to the city already about the mornings but still nothing #PrayForSanFernando🙏

Very nice staff,,small practice but like a family atmosphere..very strict staff u do the right thing u belong here..
