Saw some reviews praise their communication but I had the opposite. I waited two hours before I could get someone to reach back to me. They lack urgency when it comes to communicating their own availability. The prices are fair so they do well in pricing but make sure to be clear on pick up times before going over otherwise you'll be waiting for awhile before you get a response.

Life savers! Angel was so wonderful and easy to work with. They came through in a pinch for my fathers memorial service. Great communication via email, since I was working full time while planning, that made the process simple. Everything was clean and in good condition. Pick up and drop off was simple. (They can also delivery if they have the availability, I booked only a few days in advance) Angel and his mom were very warm and kind. I would use them for any lighting/sound in the future.

With only my pigeon tech info, Kyle understood exactly what I needed, set me up, gave me a great price, drew me a diagram, and sent me on my way. Today, my friends at Siverlake Children's Theater Group think I am at Tech God. Ha!

I originally used JD Audio 10 years ago for a wedding reception when my aunt and her musical group needed to rent some speakers. I used them for my parents 50th Anniversary party recently and they were very attentive to detail. Oscar, Ken, and Ian helped put together a wonderful event! They did a fantastic job and Ken anticipated some things we needed before we asked him. They came out to set up and returned after the party to tear down, and were prompt both times. They made the event a big success and everyone commented on how nice it was. I highly recommend them!
