He was very comfortable to talk to. Not pushy, no over sell 2. It was over six months from the time we spoke to the time we listed our home. Aldolfo was professionally persistent (which I appreciate) in staying in touch with us by email or text every few months. Never pushy, always professional. What was interesting in our situation is that we received an offer two days after the For Sale sign was installed. My first thought was “Geez, what am I paying him for”? However, that was short sighted of me. Adolfo was able to negotiate a price higher than our listed offer price. In addition, as with any old home, various issues came up that could have been a concern.
