They are very high tech. This was the first IT company that I work with that had the ability to remote take over the company's computer. It was both scary and amazing, all at the same time. But being on the phone with the technician, who walked me through every step of the way, definitely helped to put me at ease. When needing IT assistance, they allow you to schedule them and when the time comes, if you don't answer the first time, they call a few minutes later. They don't forget about you.
