After nearly 42 minutes of hand to hand battle with a pitch for Remove it all from the 801 number at System Mechanics, I was connected to Jamie, a highly trained upper level support specialist. She proceeded to apply maybe a dozen different "fix it" apps to the infection I had called the 801 number about. She provided me with a reference number for the encounter and prodeeded to get the job done. It may be "too soon" to determine if it all worked but it was a relief to be connected to someone willing to deal with the issue I initially called in about. (Instead of using my call for help to sell me another product) I will give Jamie a 10 for this reason.

Henri B did an excellent job being assigned tech. to the cleaning issues on my computer. Very thorough & professional as he explained very patiently to me as he proceeded with his work. My reason for a rating of 5 was due to being transferred in error to customer service & spending nearly 1 hour with NEL who kept trying to sell me identity security protection which I declined. Recently upgraded my System Mechanic in August of 2025, so very satisfied with my current status.

My computer slowed to a very tired snail's pace. It took at least 10 minutes to open a program, search window or browser, anything. An update failed after trying to upload for 4 hours. With the help of several tech experts, each of whom took me through the needed steps to get the issues resolved. Everyone was professional and patient. I'm VERY happy!

The tech, David, I worked with was personable, has a "can do" spirit, and brought to my attention programs I might not need. Clean up task was thorough and I believe sound. His interface with me gave me a lot of confidence as I am newly signed up for Support.com. He is due many thanks.

She explained the progress of installing and updating features in language that I could understand easily. She was pleasant throughout the entire progress.
