I have been trying for 3-4 hours to get help from Support@techdrives . My customer ID is TDSO 14661. I have spent $889 on this company .. and have not used it .. tried today for the first time ! Need help getting my iPhone pictures loaded into the computer ! I am sure they can fix it very fast ! How can I contact them besides calling .. put on hold for 30 minutes .. then they hang up . I received scam text that my storage full upgrade your storage for $1.99 click here to upgrade when I click direct to this site this the scammer site. I put my information to upgrade for $1.99 they tried to charge me $39.99 to protect from scammers like them be aware they are the scammers.

Have been plagued by forced adoption of new hardware due to Windows 11. This has forced me to reload/install many apps. I had an issue resetting Iolo password to reinstall System Mechanic. Support person (Sorry, I didn't write down your name to give you credit!) not only helped with that issue, but helped with reinstallation professionally, and respectfully. Everything I expect and get from Iolo!

I am so happy. I bought a new computer with Windows 11 on it. After setting it up most of the way I called US Tech Support to verify my work and to move my files from the old computer to the new one. Mr I. Henry was very adept in getting my husband's account working and setting the pin. What a wonderful blessing to have the support of US Tech support.

USTechSupport is worth every penny. The company advertises 24/7 support and it is great to have. Last week I had a issue with my new laptop and the tech associate did a remote session for 1 1/2 hours to figure out what my issues were. I contacted them recently about a issue and they got back to me in 10 minutes from the time the ticket was placed in the system. Great Job!
