We hired this law firm to help us with a dispute against a dealership, hoping to seek fairness and professional legal support. Unfortunately, the experience became another costly disappointment. Our original case involved around $10,000, but after more than a year, we had already paid over $20,000 in legal fees with very little actual progress. During that time, the firm mainly sent a couple of letters and only began the early stage of litigation, while repeatedly asking us to add more funds to the retainer. What made the situation even more frustrating was the constant staff turnover. The original attorney and translator who handled our consultation both left the firm during the process. The new attorney and translator who took over seemed unfamiliar with our case and did not fully understand our goals or concerns. Communication with the dealership and even court filings often felt disorganized and disconnected from what we had originally discussed. What concerned us most was the billing detail. At times, it honestly felt like the firm was “milking the clock.” For example, we were billed about $200 for spending 30 minutes locating a court address, and another $400 for spending an hour searching for a dealership manager’s information on LinkedIn. These are tasks that can often be completed much faster today using common online tools. We understood legal services are expensive and were willing to pay reasonable fees because we genuinely wanted justice. However, the overall experience left us feeling financially drained without meaningful progress in the case. This is only our personal experience, but we strongly encourage others to carefully review billing practices and communication expectations before hiring this firm.
