I've been dealing with lower back pain ever since I had my first child, and I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk. I would spend most nights with a heat pad or ice pack on my back, and would fall asleep in pain. PT helped a little, but not much. So I went to Relax and the Back and talked to Aaron, who was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through a few different options, but it became abundantly clear that the LifeForm chair was going to be for me. It takes a few weeks for the chair to be made after you order it, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that after my first day sitting in my new chair at work, I felt like a new person. My back didn't hurt at all. And as I write this review, just about a month since I received my new chair, this has remained true. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Hands down. Cannot recommend this store or LifeForm chairs highly enough.

Aaron truly changed my home office setup. I came in desperately needing a new chair and I had such a wonderful experience trying things out and asking questions (and even sitting in a massage chair while I waited for other customers to be serviced). I'm so appreciative of the care and knowledge and would recommend Relax the Back to anyone looking for an upgrade in chair, bed, car seat, etc.

Perhaps the best retail store in all of California, let alone Pasadena. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, very interactive and more than willing to make sure that the right chairs for you/our specific bodies and what we do in those chairs, was taken into consideration. Plus, the salespeople are SO AWESOME! I seriously would not buy a work chair ANYWHERE else! This was my fourth purchase and the variety to choose from; you won't find anywhere else - not even close!

I bought the Cozzia Quantum from Aaron in the Relax The Back store in Pasadena last November. It has been about 5 months now. I want to write a review how good the chair and Aaron have been. After trying many brands and models, including Osaki, Ogawa and Osim high-end chairs, I finally decided on Cozzia Quantum as it is the most advanced chair in my opinion. I like the AI feature that automatically detect the right pressure and give me just the right relief. Most other chair I tried give me pain or not enough pressure. I also like the Teeter Inversion Table, it is very very useful for my lower back pain relief. After sitting all day in my desk or sleep on the side, my lower back is twisted and in regular pain. I use the inversion table to relieve my pain. These two products are the best purchase for me. I highly recommend checking out the store in Pasadena and ask for Aaron. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patience and very helpful. Good luck!

Big shout out to Relax The Back in Pasadena. I am extremely grateful for their help. I recently had my chair serviced and accidentally sat on one of the arms, which caused the hinge to warp. One quick phone call to Aaron at the Pasadena store and the issue was handled right away. Aaron mentioned that he had an extra arm hinge available and offered it to me at no charge. That kind of generosity is rare and truly appreciated, especially so close to the holidays. I am thankful for Aaron and the entire team at Relax The Back Pasadena. They consistently deliver excellent service. I highly recommend this specific location for anyone looking for genuine, old school customer service done the right way.
