Danny was especially kind in helping me finish cleaning out my unit. Every member on the staff was courteous, prompt and professional in their service.

I had a great experience with Pouch Self Storage, especially thanks to Danny. He was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service and a really positive experience overall. Thank you, Danny!

Danny was very kind throughout the whole process. Very friendly and makes good conversation. Definitely should give him a raise.

We got a storage unit because of the risk of burglary and identity theft post Eaton fire. Our paperwork and emotionally valuable stuff was kept safe for a year while our insurance company delayed and denied our claim. Upon moving out, Danny and lorenzie were very helpful.

Danny is so helpful. Our lock had accumulated a good deal of grime. Danny sprayed some magic chemical on it and now it’s like new. I feel my belongings are safe here.
