Zach was the absolute best! He went more than above and beyond to help us. I will definitely recommend this specific location to people because of his excellent customer service 🙏

People there just wanted a commission off me. After I refused to get their service they gave me attitude and refused to give me a router. Claimed they were out of stock. Asked them to call the nearest store to confirm they have availability and they claimed they didn’t have their number so they couldn’t call to verify. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Spectrum by far is the worst service I ever had, they try to get you to buy their down graded phones which dont have good reception and when you need something reliable, the service fails leaving you stuck when you need it most, they also try and sell you what they call the best internet service and then they lower the quality to get you to buy another packadge, Its like if they wave the carrot in your face so you can move on the worthless deals leaving you to pay a fortune for what they call a pathetic upgrade. "BUYERS BE WARE, YOU'LL GET RIPPED OFF IN THE END!"

After a frustrating experience over the phone that led to unnecessary charges, service delays, and more confusion than help, coming into this Spectrum store was a completely different experience. Alejandro and Israel both took care of me each time I came in and made sure every one of my needs was addressed. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful in a way that restored my faith in in-store customer service. I’m extremely grateful for their support and highly recommend this location to anyone who wants real help from people who actually care.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided to my elderly mother at the Pico Rivera store at approx 12:36 PM by the employee at the work station to the immediate right of the entrance/east side of the room. Despite having a specific exchange code from corporate, the representative dismissed her, refused the code, and performed a faulty exchange. Faulty because he failed to update the model number in the account, which not only resulted in the landline failing but also knocked out our existing router. We had to spend additional time on the phone with customer service to fix his negligence. Lazy service and a dismissive attitude toward customers, especially elderly customers is unacceptable.
