Edward from an unofficial Spectrum retailer in the middle of Food 4 Less sold my dad a fraudulent Spectrum package promising to lower his existing package. My dad and I then went to this store to clear everything up. Adiel was very helpful clearing up this very stressful situation and was familiar with what needed to be done. He advised that these fraudulent retailers set up shop in random stores (Walmart, food 4 less) and sign people up just using their iPad. We gave him as much information so he was able to file a report with corporate so they could look into the fraud. He also assisted us with finding a new plan to solve my dad’s initial request with finding a lower plan. The service here was great!

She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and determined to find a solution. The personnel at this Spectrum store is very friendly and professional. Everyone wants to help you with any questions and problems you may have. My special thanks to Mr. Adiel Huerto who was extremely attentive to my needs and made changes to my account very fast and effective. I went to the store to pickup a replacement modem. Adiel was the person that helped me. He heard about my issues. He guided me with necessary changes needed.
