They don’t address their maintenance issues like at 629 Camino De Los Mares in San Clemente… 3rd floor men’s restroom has had a faulty strobing light for over a year as well as the sink faucet barely trickling water out making it next to impossible to wash your hands… pretty frustrating for a paraplegic guy in a wheelchair… I have asked my provider I see there to request for maintenance and she has several times and it gets nowhere… when I call myself and press 3 for maintenance you can’t even leave a message lol

Becky and Tessa at the office have been great. Communicative, polite, professional, and responsive. Danny who typically handles maintenance is the same. Javier, who was covering him for some time, was polite and efficient. We’ve been renting with them for about 6 years. We started in one of their apartments and moved into another next door about 4 years later. Since this company is hiring people like this, I’d say this is a great company to work with. The app they utilize for payments is easy to use.

As a longtime resident, I have found the staff at Pacific Rim Property Management to be exceptionally friendly, respectful, and responsive. They always address any questions or concerns I have promptly and professionally.

If I could give this company a zero stars I would. Absolutely the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with. Extremely incompetent agents and company. As a tenant entered Into a legal contract, Pacific Rim tried to tell me my security deposit was lost in the mail after repeated emails and phone calls demanding the whereabouts of my lawful return. Today, after 26 days since vacancy ( 5 days past the 21 day return statement in the original contract) I went to their office in person demanding my security deposit be released. Though the deposit was released, I would NEVER recommend any tenant or owner looking for property management services enter Into a written contract with pacific rim, specifically Rebecca Granger or any of her other incompetent agents. Additionally, I was scheduled for a final move out inspection on the last day of tenancy at 1130 am. At 1130 am exactly, I received a message from Danielle Flowers, another property manager, stating she was not going to make it and to leave all keys and remotes behind. I was cancelled on the previous day as well, and was never Informed of the status of my inspection until I once again demanded a copy of the CAR document. Absolutely horrible and unsatisfactory.

I rent an apartment from Pacific Rim. They are both easy going and professional. In the office Becky is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy Ivan is awesome! My maintenance requests always get addressed promptly and are often completed the same day.
