if you’re military….run. far. away. first pcs & thought it would be great. not only did they show up an hour late, there was only one guy. i was nice. i bought doughnuts & water. but there was no one to eat them. one guy from the service showed up, ate a donut, and left. another joined a couple hours later. they took 9 hours to pack a small house because again, there was only one guy packing our stuff for the majority of it. not a problem though, we had a month off until our next duty station so our stuff was going to storage anyways. well, today’s my move in day and let me tell you, i am furious. two tvs are missing. one they didn’t even account for during the pack out. most of our furniture was damaged beyond repair or extremely scuffed. which is bad because we have all white furniture so you can tell. they broke our coffee table, snow globes (which they did not wrap and packed with books & now my books are all waterlogged and filled with glass and glitter from the snow globes), and our shoe rack. they really just threw things in boxes that didn’t even make sense. why are my shoes thrown on top of my daughters picture frames (which the glass broke as well!). they threw my xbox in the bottom of a box and piled stuff on top. none of the cords for anything have been found yet. half our tv mount was discovered (but again, missing both tvs). the hardware for our bed is missing. they accounted for 12 slats but only 3 showed up so we had to go to lowe’s to get wood cut to be able to sleep in our bed tonight. 10/15 screws for my daughters crib are missing so we had to go buy those as well. dryer power cord & washer hookups / drainage tube are completely missing. half the screws for our books shelves were missing. they packed some of the shelf’s but left some just out on the truck? they packed an entire box and the only thing in it was one tube of icy hot and lots of paper wrapping. our comforter and pillows are missing. i think they used our 3 thousand dollar king size mattress as fluff to keep things stable on the truck because it was folded in half and lumpy when it arrived. we also received stuff that wasn’t even ours (toys, lawn chairs, and someone else’s military uniforms). half the boxes were labeled wrong or not labeled at all, even though they’re supposed to be numbers on each item to keep it accounted for. one was literally just labeled ‘box’. i will never use this company again, and i hope none of you do either. when i called to ask about claims, the lady who answered the phone was rude and kept cutting me off saying “our movers are not bad.”. well lady if they aren’t bad, what are they? because how do you let two big ticket items (TVS!!!!) go missing?

The staff was friendly, professional, and communicated well throughout our military move. They kept us updated during the process, which I appreciated. However, I have to give a lower rating because they were not considerate about wearing shoes inside our home. We had just purchased a brand-new house with brand-new flooring, and the movers walked throughout the house with their shoes on without using shoe covers. After the move, the floors were extremely dirty, and I had to report it along with some minor damage to one of the walls. In the past, I've had contractors and other workers come into my home who always wore shoe covers, so I was disappointed that this basic courtesy wasn't followed. While the communication and overall service were good, I expected more care and respect for a brand-new home.

Jay and Julian were the best, a two man hauling team worthy of praise. Moved all our heavy and packed items with care, efficiency, and an almost God like touch. Also the team that came by to pack up the items before them were very quick and effective. They made my military move a very delightful process would recommend them to anyone moving out of the area.

Just had the group in Jacksonville NC deliver part of my shipment and they were professional and great at what they do. They took the time to fix my storage unit and managed to make more room. Quick, polite and professional! They took great care of my stuff! I will be using them again! Thanks Tito, Ken and Khalille!

Jayro, Alex, and Alfonso took care of my move and made it so easy. They categorized everything and padded and packaged it all so well. Despite it being peak transfer season for the military they managed to fit me in on the exact day I requested with one day heads up. Can't recommend them enough. They do amazing work.
