The new management was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout my experience. Instead of treating us like valued customers, they made us feel unwelcome and judged. There was a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect. I understand that businesses have policies to follow, but there’s no reason to treat paying customers poorly. Customer service has clearly declined under the new management. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to be treated with respect.

Corodata makes file storage easy. Setting up our account, cataloging files, scheduling pick-ups and destroying old records are easily accomplished with the professionals at Corodata. They always show up in the time window agreed on. Corodata makes sense for our office.

We are a small buisness in PB and have used Corodata for 20 plus years. Thier service had been less than par over the last few years. Well today was it. After 2 failed scheduled attempts to shred 90 boxes we are done. Both day we close our buisness in order to shred documents. Today just like last week no call no show. After 4 calls to the supervisor he won't call back. The girls answering the phones are nice and try to help but it looks like poor upper management skills are at play. Sad to say but we won't be using Corodata any longer. CBTC

For several months in 2022 Corodata sent invoices to me that showed a credit balance balance (approximately $2000). When i closed the account (in 2022) Corodata told me (more than once) that they would send me the appx $2000 credit balance. Several months have passed and I have never received the refund check. I called just now (on 2-2-2023) and a Corodata employee told me that Corodata found a "bookkeeping error' and that they did not owe me a refund. Please draw your own conclusions as to whether you should work with this company.

I am a legal assistant and have been using Corodata with all of the law firms I have worked with for over the past 13 years. You will never find another customer service department as friendly and helpful as Corodata. No matter how many times I call, or how many mistakes I make trying to retrieve a box or documents, they are always courteous and are right there to help me. I have found their drivers to be very professional and friendly as well. I love working with them and will always recommend their services to everyone.
