I stayed at a hotel in Anaheim recently and had an experience that really stood out because of the security team from AF Patrol. Late one night there was a situation on my floor it made me very uncomfortable so I reached out to the front desk. It started with loud arguing and doors slamming, and it felt like it could turn into something bigger. Within minutes, a security officer showed up and handled everything in such a calm and professional way. He didn’t escalate anything or make a scene. He spoke to everyone involved, got things under control quickly, and made sure the hallway was quiet and safe again. What I appreciated most was how confident and composed he was the entire time. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and wasn’t just going through the motions. After that, I saw him continue checking the property, which honestly made me feel a lot more at ease for the rest of my stay. It’s rare to notice security in a way that actually adds to your experience, but this did. I would absolutely recommend AF Patrol to any hotel or business that cares about their guests feeling safe.
