They were able to troubleshoot the issue to the best of his ability, verify the company warranty policy and checked with me to set up a time that worked to coordinate a call with the manufacturer. He then only brought me into the call when I needed to be, saving me time and frustration. Overall, it was a super pleasant interaction with IT and we were able to get the computer fixed. They other times I've had to reach out they have been helpful as well.

I've needed IT help a few times over the last few months, and the SugarShot team had all the answers and made quick work of resolving my issues each time — even with my bumbling, not-tech-savvy explanations. Well Done! I had postponed a number of appointments due to project priorities. However, when Microsoft Teams stopped working, I requested and received immediate support from Drew.
