He commits FRAUD as his living. Takes money after (what turns out to be) total LIES - DOES LITERALLY NOTHING after months of "retainer fees" and other "fees". 5 individuals I know now BURNED by this bum. Takes advantage of homeowners in distress with LIES about his "secret relationships" with banks, and LIES about "MERS" - MERS should sue this guy already. Takes "what you can afford".
