I’ve been here twice in the last month for different reasons and extremely happy with staff.

Blue was an amazing employee! So helpful and works circles around the rest of the employees. Absolutely deserves a raise & a promotion!

Extremely unhelpful staff . We went to drop off a return item from TikTok shop . The person assisting and his boss both were very rude and said we have to talk to the TikTok shop customer service because it is a large item . Our return instructions clearly said no box needed but they did not pay any heed to that and flatly refused. Never going back to this UPS store .

Staff always great in a friendly manner, quick to provide assistance, and have never lost any packages.

Fast and friendly staff. They really helped us out with our questions and helped us ship what we needed in a timely fashion.
