My husband and I used Sina for our home remodel, and couldn't be happier. He was so kind, patient, and helped us with all the details along the way. He was fair with pricing and I would 100 percent use him again. He always responded timely to any questions we had which is hard to find.

I had the pleasure of working with Sina on my art gallery project, and I couldn't be more grateful for his help. I needed assistance with obtaining the necessary permits, including the required drawings and documents for city approval. From our very first conversation, I explained that I was on a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. Sina assured me that he would help—and he not only kept his word but exceeded my expectations. As someone without experience in contracting, I found the entire permit process overwhelming. However, Sina made it much more manageable. He was one of the few professionals I worked with who remained reliable, professional, and committed to meeting deadlines throughout the project. Thanks to his expertise and efficiency, I was able to secure my permit in a remarkably short amount of time. I highly recommend Sina to anyone in need of a dedicated and trustworthy professional.

I had the pleasure of working with Sina at SKArchitects on our house project, and I’m impressed with their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Sina is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients are happy with the final product. I was particularly impressed with SKArchitects’ ability to work within a tight budget. They were able to come up with a design that met all of my needs without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Sina and SKArchitects to anyone looking for a talented and professional architect. He is a pleasure to work with and always delivers high-quality work.

My husband and I worked with Sina from SKArchitects about 12 years ago to remodel our home. When we look back on it, we decided that hiring him was the best investment and best decision we had made in the remodeling process. We’ve brought him up several times over the years as we are still really enjoying our remodeled home. He was excellent; so professional, friendly, and talented. He was also affordable. He listened to our requests, and incorporated them with his own professional ideas that far exceeded what we thought could be done. 12 years later, we call him to do a smaller job for my mom, and he remembered us right away! When you work with SKArchitects, you know that you have left your project in excellent and capable hands. If you have been looking for an architect—trying to make the best decision—look no further! We are still grateful all these years later.

I am a general contractor and over the years I have worked with a number of architects in South Bay. When the time came for my own home's remodel, I asked around a bit more and SK Architects came very highly recommended. Fortunately that was my experience with them as well. Sid from SK architects not only brought our vision to life but through his vast experience in this field he was able to add much more to it. At the end, thanks to SK. Architects, our investment in this big project became a wonderful living space that we admire and enjoy everyday.
