I knew Rob Madore was the property manager for me the first time I met him. He is relaxed and professional. In property management the stress of emergencies is not uncommon. He is able to handle emergencies calmly and professionally. He is a very likeable personable individual to deal with tenants.

Rob Madore of Real Property Management Agile is an exceptional property management professional. He promptly responds to all calls, expertly markets properties, provides pertinent screening information, accounting, and property maintenance. Rob's services are highly tecommended.

Just. Wow. When we moved to San Clemente, we knew we would need help as we travel a lot and we didn’t know anyone for services such as landscaping and house keeping and general handyman issues. Our find of Rob and Real Property Management has been amazing. Going above and beyond anything I have asked. Even coming to our house at 8:30 at night for an international package that was delivered a week early, just so it was safe. He has always responds quickly. I might also add, one thing that has impressed me. Other property management companies like to be involved with the cleaners, the plumbers and landscapers they recommend. This allows them to be involved in the billing and of course, add a bit to it for their time. Rob doesn’t do that; in fact he encourages the contractors to work directly with us, saving us both money and time because there isn’t a third party involved in communication. It has been over a year now and I have never had an instant where Rob didn’t help us solve a problem, and been the local resource we needed. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without him and his team. Delina also is excellent at following up and seeing that things are done. They make our busy life easy. Highly recommend

Real Property Management Agile is timely, responsive and pleasant to work with. If you call, they'll pick-up. They take your property very seriously as if it were their own. It's tough to leave your own property in the hands of others, but rest assured Rob and Cindy provide comfort in doing so. They've pulled through on some tough situations that I wasn't comfortable managing myself. Rob even rented our property for a higher amount than we'd ever gotten before.

The team at Real Property Management Agile does a great job from start to finish. The process is painless and seamless. Rob is very professional and kind. He is very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market as a whole. His maintenance team did a very good job of preparing the property before move in. Fresh paint, no holes and extremely clean. Rob and his wife Cindy also left a thoughtful gift bag for us! I highly recommend Real Property Management Agile. R. Brown
