Transparency from this company is what I love most. I've worked with Connor, and he's always giving us multiple options for our tech stack, as well as telling us what to look at from a billing perspective that carriers won't tell us upfront.

We were moving to a new location and needed an internet connection by Jan. 27. We asked Ninety-Nine 90 Communications in Irvine to help. Ninety-Nine 90 Communications proposed Airespring as the carrier. In November, we signed an order form proposed by Ninety-Nine 90 Communications to provide internet service; Ninety-Nine 90 claimed they could deliver by January 27, but they had to break into two parts - Spectrum and AT&T- to meet our deadline. A month later, Ninety-Nine 90 Communications told us Spectrum needed a $19,000 installation fee, but even with that fee, they could not install it before the deadline. AT&T also cannot meet our agreed-upon deadline. Who would pay $19,000 for an internet connection? And which business can survive without the internet for 30 days? So, we rejected this additional fee; Ninety-Nine 90 Communications' carrier subsequently canceled the order. To our astonishment, we began receiving demands for a substantial Early Termination Fee of $37,000 a month later. Early Termination implies that the service was provided, and we terminated the service early. However, no service was provided, no equipment was installed, and no installation was performed. So how did Ninety-Nine 90 Communications' carrier falsely create this $37,000 early termination fee from a $600 monthly internet service order? They brokered into two carriers trying to meet our deadline - Spectrum and AT&T. Well, Spectrum failed, and AT&T could not meet our deadline either. So, they want us to pay for something that did not meet our deadline? We signed the order form with Ninety-nine 90' carrier, not with AT&T. It's like they cannot deliver the cake to your birthday party on January 27, but they can deliver it 30 days after the party. Since they already made the cake, you must pay for Early Termination. WHAT? Throughout their collection process, Ninety-Nine 90 was cc'd on every email, yet Ninety-Nine 90 remained silent and sided with their carrier for the frivolous $37,000 Early Termination fee. They have now assigned this fabricated debt to a collection agency, which has been harassing us with threats and demands like reporting to credit agencies to harm our credit ratings. The collection agency have provided no supporting documentation or proof of service to justify the claim; they only had a fabricated statement by Ninety-Nine 90's carrier showing that $37,000 was past due. When they started calling our senior management's personal cell phone number, that went too far; this behavior constitutes a potential FDCPA and the California Rosenthal Act violation. We have filed a complaint with BBB and may file a complaint with CPUC. We have been a loyal customer of Ninety-Nine 90 for years, giving $65,000 of business to Ninety-Nine 90 Communications and it's carrier. As soon as they lose our business, they turn hostile! This experience has been highly disappointing and damaging to our business. We urge other consumers to be aware of this company's unethical behavior and to exercise caution when dealing with them.
