Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. We met with Michael and he assured us they could help organize our book and file out business and personal taxes. They were unorganized fixing our books, they would make changes and then have to go back and redo things multiple times. After we got settled in with one accountant they switched us to another person and we had to start over, even though we had paid for the first accountant to get to know and understand our books.... Okay, we can deal with that. Tax season comes around and I was assure they had everything they needed to file the taxes. They did have everything. Well, they ended up filing our business taxes late! We have never had that happened before. It was extremely stressful working with this company. I emailed Michael after paying all out bills with them even though I was unhappy and Michael didn't even give the time or thought to respond or apologize. 0/10. Do not recommend.
