No clear explanation on multi-family investment income; didn't file LLC tax although initially discussed before hiring the service; refuse to follow up on correcting mistakes during the filing. This company might help people who are not familiar with real estate related tax filing, but not for clients who have basic knowledge and thus understand their covering up mistakes
