Thanh Do was highly recommended to my husband Stuart by one of our neighbors. He hung and hooked up all three of our television sets to Fire Stick and Roku. He did a great job! One late Sunday night, my husband texted Thanh as we were having issues with our main TV. It was sent around 10:30pm, hoping we’ll be able to hear back from him to do a phone fix on Monday. That same night, Thanh texted my husband back and received a quick fix and voila, we got our TV back up and working, yay! Thanh’s responsiveness and detailed instructions allowed us to have our TV ready Monday morning, we were very happy! Thanh has always been there for us previously when our Fire stick didn’t work and suggested buying a Roku and came the next day to install it. ACTIONS SPEAK VOLUMES, and THANH’S actions always DELIVER, thank you Thanh, you’re THE BEST!

We've been using Plug N Play for our office for years because they're so great. They've always been extremely professional, meticulous, and timely. Thanh has installed equipment for us ranging from security cameras to Alec Monopoly artwork. He can handle anything. Highly recommend.

Thanh is the best! He mounted some large, delicate mirror pieces of mine with the utmost care. He also knows exactly where to position things (space, height, etc.) to make it work well with the room. On top of everything, Thanh is one of the nicest people ever.

Thanh Do at Plug N Play is the rare AV and security installer who actually works with you rather than just billing you for everything he touches. I sourced most of the equipment myself — whole-home Sonos audio system, UniFi security cameras, NVR — and Thanh focused on the installation. Rather than pushing back on that arrangement or inflating his scope, he embraced it. When I made mistakes in my selections, he told me straight and helped me find the right solution. That kind of honest, collaborative approach is hard to find in this industry. His technical knowledge is deep and his recommendations are practical — not spec-sheet recitations but real field experience. He knows what holds up in a coastal environment, what actually sounds good, and how to install cleanly without cutting corners. Fair pricing, prompt proposals, and a genuine partner on a complex project. Highly recommended

Thanh and Plug ‘ N Play was fantastic to work with! He and his team expertly provided guidance on extending my Internet throughout our large backyard. The work was completed in an expeditious fashion and I couldn’t be more happy. Furthermore, the experience by Thanh was top-notch, from the initial conversation, to the constant communication, and the post-installation follow up, Thanh is the consummate professional. You will not be disappointed by hiring Thanh and Plug N Play.
