I just finished completing a deal to lease space with Nick Zech in Rancho Penasquitos. He is a pro! Very helpful, informative, and timely throughout the whole process. He was always easy to reach and got things done quickly. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Don Zech and his commercial team are extremely well qualified and professional. Don has over 30 years in the business and publishes a monthly newsletter that is very informative. He is an expert in triple net lease, NNN, retail properties and complex retail ground lease transactions.
