Simon helped us rent a property, and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. It was our first time renting such a large property, and he made everything feel so easy and stress-free. Every question we had was answered quickly, and he was always there to help with every detail. We truly appreciated his patience and guidance. I would definitely recommend Simon and team to our family and friends. And in the future we are planning to buy a house, I will absolutely be reaching out to Simon for his guidance again.

I had an amazing experience renting from Simon. He was always incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, and he genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The house itself was wonderful, and it was clear that Simon takes pride in his properties and his tenants’ experience. He’s also just an all-around great person and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a landlord who is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about his tenants.

Simon and Kasey are very professional and super helpful! They go above and beyond to accommodate everyone in every way. My family and I very highly recommend everyone to do business with them. They are very communicative and helping people is their #1 priority. E.S.
