I had an amazing experience working with Michelle. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make it happen. What really sets Michelle apart is her integrity, professionalism, and dedication — you always feel like you’re in good hands and she does what she says she’ll do! She has communicated clearly, stayed proactive throughout, and made sure every detail was handled with care. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Michelle was able to provide above and beyond service when I reached out to her. She was able to get me the information I needed quickly and organized. I would highly recommend using Michelle, she is attentive and provides the most current information. Thank you Michelle for all your help.

Had a wonderful experience working with Carlos Figueiredo to purchase our Carlsbad home. Carlos was very knowledgeable and always willing to support. My favorite thing is that we'd express interest in a house and within minutes he'd be ready to get us in, same day. He guided us through the bidding, inspection, escrow, etc. All complicated processes but we were always in awesome hands with Carlos. Definitely recommend him as an agent!

Our realtor, Michelle Hartigan with the Gluch Group, was a joy to work with on our recent purchase of a condo in Carlsbad. She was extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend her for any properties that you may purchase in the San Diego region. We would definitely use her again if the situation arises.

Michelle Hartigan was an absolute pleasure to work with on my listing in Carlsbad. I represented the home seller and she represented the home buyers and was always on top of things, polite and respectful. You can tell she truly cared about her clients needs and was proactive in reaching out to get every question answered for them. Great to work with you Michelle! See you on the next one....
