Hannah Cheadle is amazing! She is the sharpest real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, strategic, and always one step ahead. Her hard work and savvy approach make even the most complex situations feel manageable. She consistently puts her clients first, protecting our interests and advocating for the best possible outcome. In most deals, you never really know who is on your side. NOT the case when working with Hannah! Definitely a client advocate. Great option for those like me that feel that trust is more valuable than money.

We started working with Hannah Cheadle to rent a property for our business in May and she was the absolute best. She was professional, attentive, communicative and so friendly. She made the process as quick and painless as she was able to and was available to answer our questions every step of the way! If you're looking to rent property from PCC we highly recommend asking to have Hannah help you out!

Diana mares has been manageing our property for the past 25+ years. We could not be more pleased with the way she gets things done, quickly and efficiently. She is quick to inform me of any problem or repair that needs to be done, and always suggests several options to consider what is the best solution, never pushing a single solution. She always consults me before any increase in rent, and is quick to accept my idea’s on any subject. She takes a personal interest, almost like it was her property that she is managing. I, we, would recommend her to anyone that needs management of a property. She is polite, courteous, always seems to be in a good mood, what more can I say, we love her.

Pacific Coast Commercial has been managing our strip center for 20+ years now and have done an amazing job in both leasing and property management. Diana Mares and Robert Phillips have provided comprehensive and professional management keeping me informed on a timely basis of issues which require my attention. They are very prompt in returning my calls and offer valuable insights as to how best to manage the property. Brian Crepeau is an ace leasing agent working to find great tenants and negotiate well thought out lease contracts. I can highly recommend the team at Pacific Coast Commercial!

Working with this property management team has been a great experience. Their communication is clear, timely, and professional every step of the way. Ashley Sorgi, in particular, has been a pleasure to work with—responsive, organized, and always on top of things. It's refreshing to collaborate with a team that values efficiency and follows through consistently. I highly recommend working with them! - From Greater San Diego Air Conditioning.
