From the kindness and professionalism of their agents, to their proactive approach to doing what is best for their clients, they are #1 in my book. Last year, we were faced with an increase in both car and home insurance to 4x what it was previously due to the CA market and fire rating (we are rated at the and supposedly 4 or more is a risk - smh).
