I worked with Marino Ealfonso who was by far the easiest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He quickly navigated his systems, and with little input from me, pretty much was able to access my situation and find me the best rate possible; lowest rate I have ever been quoted, I didn't believe it at first and kept having him review the declarations with me more that once. And everything checked out, so I got the policy and it was so easy for me, he took care of cancelling the old police and initiating the new policy to be effective immediately! Before we hung up the phone, I had my Member ID card and Declarations pages, cancellation of old policy, everything, IN HAND! BEFORE we hung up, he made sure of that! Excellent experience and I feel 100% confident recommending Marino specifically, he is a master of his craft and I would relish the opportunity to find more "Marino's" in the Customer Service Space, he is a model of what quality customer service looks like!

Nathan put together a great policy and rate in less than 20/25 minutes and I had my policy cards and roadside benefits information pages in a mater of minutes after we finished the signature process to finalize and activate the policy.
