I am not happy with the service, they did not respond to my emails and phone calls, they left me on my own before the eviction was final and did not provide any support.

Have known them for over 10 years. We've used them with great success as well as refer them to others. Had nothing but problems with Section 8 tenants but Kikmout was on our side. Haven't used them in awhile but peace of mind knowing their there.

I love these people. They know their stuff and Atty. David Owen Esq. is on top of it. Would recommend. Became manager of a small 22 unit in August and the old manager had left a mess for me to clean up. This company got them all out.
