Andrew Moher was able to guide me through the decision making of either looking into a loan modification with a second mortgage or Chapter 13 in saving the properties I purchased for current residence and retirement. We went straight through the Chapter 13 proceedings without an issue due to his attention to detail and understanding what was required and the timely reporting.
