Can't recommend Offisavvy enough. I pick up a Herman Miller Aereon a year and a half ago. I work from home so it has been a godsend. Recently, the bolt to the seat broke and I thought i was SOL. Luckily I remember Offisavvy had a warranty and within a few days, i got it back as good as new. Thank you to Jesus who help fix it and the team. I was looking for a new office chair since mine was on its last leg. After checking out a few furniture stores around San Diego, Offisavvy was by far the best experience. Their showroom off Miramar Rd (between the 15 and 805) had a great selection to try out in person. Isaac was incredibly helpful and genuinely great to work with—he showed me a solid variety of options without any pressure. I ended up getting a Herman Miller chair at a great price.
