Love this place! It’s easy to find and an easy process to get your items shredded. Every time I go, the people are nice and efficient. I’m in and out of there in no time, and that’s even with watching them shred my items before I leave. Definitely recommend.

I went into Total Secure Shredding this morning and Kyle was extremely helpful, very efficient, and super nice. He processed 4 items for my husband and I, and 3 items for my parents. The whole process was very simple: (1) Kyle opened up our devices to pull out the hard drives while I watched (towers, a laptop and a couple of All-In-One computers), (2) then he shredded all of the hard drives while I watched, (3) then he showed me all of the shredded items in the metal bins. He was able to recycle all of the items except the monitor, cables, mice, and keyboards so Kyle gave me the phone number for Secure E-Waste and (for FREE) I was able to hand those items over to them for recycling. They were really nice too! It feels great getting this done today and I felt VERY happy that I was able to see it done in person. It was a wonderful experience -- they have a new customer for life. Thanks, Kyle! P.S. The cost was VERY reasonable: $14.95 (per item) to watch him pull out the item, and watch them shred it, plus recycle the items. It was all done in one place -- securely!

Good experience. My first time here and I had a bunch of hard drive parts that I guess weren't in the format they normally take but they quickly came up with a very fair price and shredded everything in front of me, showing me the shredded result. Great if you need to be confident your data is really gone. The people in the office seemed pretty chill. They also have a wall full of used paperwork binders for sale for cheap, and it looks like they collect quite a lot of donations for cancer charities.

Update 2023 - Still great. My comment about parking in the original review, was for their old location, this is no longer an issue. Original Review 2013: This place deserves all the accolades stated in the other reviews. Fast, professional and inexpensive. If I had to nit-pick, parking COULD be an issue since the whole area doesn't have much. That said, there is a small 20min spot right in front of the building and I was able to park right there. Without hesitation I would use them again and will suggest them to friends.

Went here at 930 in the morning. I backed my vehicle up to the back door, a gentlemen emerged from the gated warehouse and assisted me. Asked if I was doing an observed shredding or dropping off. I was given this option, and opted for drop off. He came back out with a bin and we began to load the bin with my documents. He secured the bin inside the warehouse and then we walked over to the counter to pay. I had about 60lbs worth of paper to shred, it cost me less than $18.00, and coming from someone who had their identity taken and used, this $18.00 is well worth the piece of mind. Service is excellent and my whole transaction took less than 10minutes. Highly recommend this place.
