4th of July... people letting off full-on firework shows in the middle of our densely populated complex. Called this security dispatch at least six times, to no answer. The phone would go completely silent, and after about three minutes it would just hand up. Called back today, and they are now magically picking up their phone. What a joke of security... im going to make sure my apartment leasing office knows they're wasting their money on these clowns.

I am a Property Manager and we have had some issues that were not being taken care of. Once we hired Golden Eagle, there was a dramatic change in incidents on the property. This company is professional, kind, and they are about their business. I would refer this company to any business that may be having an issue and needs help with security.

Our community very much appreciates Gordon’s innovation, personal service, professionalism and attention to detail. We look forward to a long term relationship with Golden Eagle!

Amazing service, there’s an officer I think his name is alonzo or Alonso not sure but I see him every night where I live, I talk to him a couple times and especially tonight for removing some very disruptive homeless peoples, and thank him for protecting the property and being proactive and making sure we’re all safe! Thank you to the officer And thank you for the company!

I visited a facility in San Diego at night, and the first thing I saw was a Duty Guard from this company. I found her to be professional and polite. While there, I ran into an emergency and called the "dashboard," and she came right over to assist me. This is a well built, and well run, security company. I felt safe.
