I have been working around here for many years and we have had 2-3 security companies come and go and these guys have been the ones who respond quickly and act upon major calls. I really appreciate every thing they do and hope they will be around longer! Highly recommended 👌👍

This company definitely made an impact in our property. Our walkway used to look like a swap meet due the amount of drunks, drug addicts and shoplifters congregating in the area near Palomar Trolley Station. Nowadays you can freely walk around at any hour with the peace of mind that there is a security officer driving around. Yes, there will always be a homeless problem, but this problem has been here since way before they took over, and they have done everything in their power to minimize it, it is quite unfair to blame them for a problem that not even the police has been able to fix. I only wish they have more officers available, but for now the quality if their job is amazing

This new security company has been responsive when issues arise—they typically respond quickly when called, which is greatly appreciated. However, there continues to be a recurring issue with homeless individuals around the property, especially during late hours. While the current team does their best, it’s clear they could benefit from additional support to proactively manage the situation. More frequent patrols or an increase in staffing could help improve visibility and deter unwanted activity before it escalates. Overall, the team is doing what they can, but added resources would make a noticeable difference in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

This security company does a good job, every time we call them, they come quick and do what they need to do. The homeless problem is always going to be happening no matter how many times they kick them out. They still come back anyways but overall they do a good job.

Horrible security company, 5 stars must be self given. They don't deal with actual problems like homeless people sitting outside businesses using substances!? Instead they harass customers of the plaza just minding their own business. The guard I saw didn't want to deal with them so he just kept driving by and went over to harass people eating takeout in their cars. It was perhaps the funniest moment of incompetence we've seen from a security guard. Super rude security guards who somehow seem to have too much ego for what their jobs require. Seems to me the company throws on a uniform on anyone without the proper on-boarding procedure. Having known someone who is a security guard I'm frankly appalled at the quality of this company and its employees.
