Yesterday I went in to the San Diego office to inquire about the guard card process and the Operations Manager took the time to help me with all the steps and wrote down the information for me to create an account with the BSIS, she help me finding the security training course and even printed out a black live scan form form me. I really appreciate that there's still good people out there who are willing to help you with nothing in return. Once I get my guard card I will go back to apply. Thank you.

One of their security that works the vons shopping center in pacific beach overnight is a complete psycho. He writes tickets to every single car parked in the lot. Even the vons workers. He harasses women who drive for lyft and wait in the parking lot between rides. He stalked me by driving to vons to harass me even when he was not assigned to work that lot. I reported his bizarre behavior to the company.

Security guard by the name of Robert behaved badly and inappropriately. If a person is parked in an unmarked spot , you cannot tell them to leave. After realizing he was at fault, he left. He then came back and asked me my name in order to report me to my job, which I was not working at the time. This is retaliation at its best.
