I was really concerned about the recent rise in burglaries in my area. It was time to update my security system and I called RCS. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I was pleased with all of the information and excellent pricing I received as I did get 3 bids. The installers were knowledgeable and efficient as I did have a large complicated system with several cameras installed. Their monitoring and service is also excellent, and I feel ,much more at ease and safe in my home because of Ranch and Coast Security.

Caring, prompt, organized, effective. I really like these guys. Seems like a really well run company. Their service is fast and secure. If something goes wrong with the equipment, which we’ve only got to experience because we’ve been in our house for 20 years, they’re out there same day assessing and repairing. I have a lot of confidence using them because they aren’t looking after they’re best interests they’ve always come off as looking after mine.
