Hello I was here and seen security walking around mall. I asked them about my lost cellphone but they told me to go to office. I finally located it and another security guard came walking up to me as I explained to him that I lost phone. He then said okay , but let me go use bathroom first and went in the opposite direction of the bathrooms. 20-25 min later, he never appeared and I grew upset and left . Now I am calling the mall security and the phone number is no longer in working order. I don't have time for games as I have a legal matter to attend to but I do not have my phonec back. I have it on Google maps as it's being pinged that it is at mission valley mall in San Diego. Upset !!

Told them I locked myself out of my car. Told me it wasn't their problem.
