Honestly the best phone provider we have had so far. We switched from Cox this previous year, which took anywhere from 5-12 phone calls when something went wrong, which usually ended up rectifying then something else would go wrong, it was never ending. Blue Cloud is exceptionally attentive. Every time we have an issue, we submit via e-mail, they proceed to call us to resolve within an hour. Just had a great experience with Cameron who helped me get our phone issues resolved in less than 30 minutes.
