My boyfriend and I were referred to Homeland by a friend when we were apartment hunting. They were very professional in helping us make sense of our credit check. While they did not have any openings we ended up renting from someone they knew. We really appreciated their patience and assistance through the process!

Phil is experienced in the details of buying real estate. He knows how to get the deal done in a timely manner. So glad he was there to guide me with the right offer to get the sale presented and accepted.

We had a terrible experience. Lived in a moldy home with rats and they wanted to do nothing about it.

I rented a beautiful townhouse from Sandra Blaney for 10 years for my kids and I. She was such a wonderful landlord and always returned my text or email right away and always had things fixed in a timely manner. She was a blessing to rent from. I highly recommend her services.

Great people..great place!
