Very unprofessional on their behave, I had scheduled a consultation and they did not called at the scheduled time, they called back 1 hr later. I understand that they are busy but that does not mean that they shouldn't communicate or assume that people will wait by the phone until its convenient to them. During the intake process they should tell you that your case is not consider a priority if its not, instead of just leaving your consultation to the end or to their convenience. To them is not a priority because it does not affect them but for their prospect client could be a life changing matter.

My husband and I came to the Serrato law firm at a time when we felt so defeated. It fits to mention that others who were represented by a completely different law firm but also attended interviews on the same day as my husband were not as lucky as him do to the fact that they were under prepared by their attorneys and did not review their documents prior to their interviews at NVC , but the Serrato law firm did everything in their power before we left for Juarez, including a mock interview with my husband and the attorney to make sure that he knew exactly what the interview would consist of.
