Interview Laura Coffey before you pick a real estate agent, she is the best! I should know, I’ve now used her for the sale of three properties in the Los Angeles area, all of which sold well above asking price, one by 25% over. No single thing puts Laura Coffey ahead of the pack, she excels in all aspects of selling a home. Laura brings amazing energy to everything she does. She stays in communication and responds to calls, texts, emails very quickly. When I listed the first house with her, she gave me a sort of checklist, what to and when to do it. She walked through the house with post it notes and stuck them on things she wanted to stay in place to stage the house for sale as she also pointed out things that needed addressing (like carpet cleaning). Everything not part of the staging got moved into storage pending our move. Laura’s marketing skills are beyond excellent. Once the house was staged, she brought in not just a photographer, but also videographer, lighting, even a drone. The photographs when posted to Zillow and Redfin did my beautiful house justice. She created a 3D walk though where an interested buyer could walk around the house and rotate the view 360 degrees from each vantage point and even look up and down. Laura created a video where she very charmingly invites you in and then the video quickly and efficiently goes through the house. The video was very creative and had a high energy, upbeat feel. Laura created what I can only call a “feeding frenzy”. The owner should never be there during an open house so I went away, but I called my neighbor and they told me that there was a line going down the sidewalk of people waiting to get in! Laura brought in 8 qualified offers and handled the counter negotiating superbly resulting in a great offer way above asking and above what I thought we could get for the house. From MLS listing to under contract was only five days. And Laura was there with me from start (signing her contract) to finish (close of escrow). She was very transparent and it was quite obvious that she was there to maximize the value of my house sale. I cannot recommend Laura Coffey highly enough. Do yourself a favor and interview her. Then extend the favor to yourself and hire her, you will be glad you did!

Experienced, knowledgeable, dependable. Laura helped me sell my condo in Santa Clarita and did a great job. She had great negotiation skills, was responsive to my questions, and closed my house immediately despite many setbacks that were out of our control, like the condo across from me setting fire.
