Horrible. My father went to buy a policy on Friday and they quoted one price. Then they asked us to submit the pictures of our cars and my dad took his car to the office the next day. Then they said they cannot give the same price anymore. Looks like they haven’t quoted right initially. Unprofessional and wasted our time.
