We hired Nick with Advanced Design to Finish after a flood damaged our home, and we could not be happier with the experience. Nick was professional, communicative, and extremely responsive throughout the entire project. He was honest about timelines, costs, and expectations, and he always kept us informed about what was happening and what needed to happen next. One thing we especially appreciated was Nick’s patience throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and help us understand what to expect at each stage of the project. He was also incredibly patient with the insurance process, providing documentation and additional information whenever it was requested and helping keep everything moving forward. When decisions needed to be made or information was needed quickly, he let us know in a calm and professional way. The quality of the work was excellent, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Nick was efficient, organized, respectful of our home, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He made a stressful situation much easier for our family. We would absolutely hire him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
