I was really happy working with PAS Architects. What I liked most was that they charged one flat fee and it included everything I needed, like the plans, engineering, and the Title 24 energy report. It made the whole process a lot less stressful because I didn’t have to worry about extra costs. They were also quick to answer my questions and always kept me updated. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an architect who is easy to work with and upfront about pricing.
